Job Info

About Us:

We're looking for a driven, innovative Product professional to join our Cirium Airline Planning team. We are focused on delivering value to the Aviation Industry, worldwide. In this role, you'll help build the future of the Aviation industry's leading Network Planning and Revenue Management software. This platform is used by thousands of customers to serve all aspects of the Aviation industry.

You will be responsible for owning the initiatives revolving around the delivery of product features on the platform that is managed by multiple product managers. We are changing the landscape of our teams work and how our customers solve their problems. That begins with you.

You will develop strong relationships looking for ways to address customer needs and will be seen as a critical stakeholder for feedback on new feature ideas for the Product. You will become a champion and informally mentor teammates new to the process to ensure that the features intended for their products have requirements ready for review in the product backlog.

About You:

This isn't your first Product rodeo. You have 3+ years of relevant experience, where you've managed either SaaS, enterprise, or consumer products/teams. You should have an outstanding ability to think on your feet and tackle intellectually challenging problems.

You communicate the vision for your team and then make it happen. You work with leaders of other groups and teams to refine your team's vision and drive the quarterly roadmap for how you'll solve those problems. You know how to turn vision into goals, goals into a roadmap, and a roadmap into daily and weekly tasks for your team. You excel at keeping a cross-functional team of subject matter experts, designers, engineers, architects, QA, data analysts, and product marketers working effectively and efficiently.

You know how to get results. Through collaboration with your team, you routinely deliver meaningful results for the business. You share, celebrate, and build momentum around positive results. You learn and course correct when you don't get the results you want.

You are data-driven. You use data to uncover opportunities and understand what levers to pull to drive business results. You know how to measure the results of your work, test it with real users, and understand its downstream effects.

You have ample technical and analytics skills. While you may or may not know how to code, you have the technical know-how to support yourself and your team. You use your technical context to make better, faster decisions to minimize technical debt. You understand design patterns and can create functional specs and wireframes.

You are a skilled written communicator. We are a diverse, remote team and writing is our primary means of communication. You can use written communication to communicate your team's vision, roadmap, and progress. You know the right tool for the job whether it's managing the day-to-day cadence of projects or building cross-company momentum around a project.

You love doing things efficiently and working smart. This Product Owner role is pivotal to the success of the main product in our global business. The work you do will have a disproportionate impact on the business. We believe in systems and processes that let us scale our impact to be larger than ourselves.
