Position Overview:
The Product Manager will work to investigate user workflows, customer needs and market opportunities. This position will lead development of the requirements for new and existing LightBox products and execute overall product plans. This role will align requirements with business priorities to achieve strategic priorities.

The Product Manager will learn and understand existing LightBox capabilities and then identify customer pain points and contribute to potential solutions. This role will work closely with the divisional Product Development leader as well as other departments (Business, Marketing, Customer Success) to influence processes, culture, and best practices within the organization.

The Product Manager will learn and understand existing LightBox capabilities and then identify customer pain points and contribute to potential solutions. This role will work closely with the divisional Product Development leader as well as other departments (Business, Marketing, Customer Success) to influence processes, culture, and best practices within the organization.

What you will do and achieve:

• Develop business and functional specification documents for product enhancements in support of product initiatives.
• Establish, drive, and achieve the product objectives within the Segment.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap based on customer input, strategic plans, and business priorities.
• Partner with Product Development teams to drive roadmap execution.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain user stories and groom product backlog.
• Oversee scope adjustments and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This typically involves creating internal notifications, customer announcements, training internal staff (key stakeholders), as well as supporting sales and support on key accounts.
• Ensure high-quality implementation by taking part in quality assurance assessment (i.e. UAT).
• Work closely with other Product Managers to maintain strategic alignment
• Develop and present product-related initiatives for internal stakeholders as well as customers that help grow the business.
• Be an evangelist and SME (subject matter expert) for product. This includes customer-facing engagements and some content production.

Who you are:
Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience
• 3+ years of experience in product management and/or business analysis with SaaS solutions
• 2-4 years writing user stories and functional specifications and execution of product plans
• Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Service
• Familiarity in Agile and Scrum product development methodologies
• Experience in full product development lifecycle including deployment

• Execution of product objectives and roadmaps
• Proven skills in leading teams and effectively representing the needs of customers
• Ability to conduct business analysis and present research
• Ability to make sound decisions when faced with trade-offs
• Ability to manage within a matrixed organization and evaluate optimal execution paths

Physical Requirements
• Sitting for extended, continuous periods of time
• Able to travel up to 20% of time
