We seek a product and marketing leader who is knowledgeable and passionate about business products, risk management, growth, and a deep commitment to world class business experiences for businesses of all sizes, complexity, and location. This role will help ensure we maintain a safe and trusted environment for businesses and people. This individual will work cross-functionally with teams around the world (especially APAC) in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.Traits in a successful leader will be maturity and good judgment, technical acuity, and accountability and follow-through. This Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Policy and other Integrity teams. She or he must thrive as a leader within cross-functional teams, exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills, and have a track record of influencing product strategy and managing complex, fast-paced projects.
Product Marketing Manager, Business Integrity Responsibilities:
- Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the market internally with Product Management and Engineering
- Identify significant long-term opportunities for business integrity and trust based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market
- Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive successful product alpha and beta programs and launches for businesses, globally
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strategic product feedback and positioning
- Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, policy, launch strategy, PR
- Partner effectively with Product Management and outbound marketing to lead world-class product marketing communications on the value proposition for new products
- Drive product adoption and usage rates by supporting market facing programs and effective product launch support
- Manage high priority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding policy changes or enforcement
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 6+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in technology, strategy consulting, or marketing fields
- Experience synthesizing analysis and communicating concepts
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree
- Experience in a start-up environment
- Experience working in a product marketing capacity (partnered closely with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements, and with sales to support product launches)
