Bullhorn is looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Pay & Bill) to join our Marketing team.

Why this job is important:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own product positioning and, in collaboration with other Bullhorn teams, develop go-to-market plans that drive growth and client retention. You will be an expert in the operations, finance, and accounting technology strategies of staffing agencies, leveraging this expertise in combination with strong business acumen to inform product and business strategy and enable key stakeholders.
You will own go-to-market plans for Bullhorn Time & Expense, a product well established in the market consistently delivering new features and enhancements. Additionally, you will own specific go-to-market initiatives for Bullhorn One, an industry-changing product that powers staffing agencies.
Regular travel to Boston required, although the role is currently remote during COVID conditions.
