Location: Tempe, AZ
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Product Support Analyst mid level in the Tempe, AZ area. Candidates should be local and eligible to work on a W2 contract.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter resource for aligned platforms, products and workflows.
  Support users post-deployment, identifying issues and driving resolution with our Technology partners Analyze and evaluate system problems and make decisions within general parameters under broad supervision Partner with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams Coordinates development, testing, and implementation of solutions related to aligned platform functionality and performance Highlight product features and workflows in a manner clearly understandable to the development team Help to manage and develop product backlog, as well as user stories backlog for issue remediation and defect fix implementation Participate in backlog grooming meetings with a the aligned scrum team(s) Lead projects and programs with moderate complexity and visibility Monitor the progress of product development, as well as plan for weekly releases
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Contact customers and end users to obtain information about expected product features, performance and related issues Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases is required. Solid experience and understanding of Agile Scrum, Scaled Agile, and Rational Unified Process Methodology in developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules is essential. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer focus and the ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio tools along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required. Experience using JIRA and Confluence tools is required A background in the financial services industry is a plus 5+ years of experience in technical analysis or operations experience for an investment management firm with a focus on data-related functions highly preferred
