About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, witty, enthusiastic Technical Trainer to help train our front-line customer success troops in the best SaaS-based work management solution on the market (hey, that's us!).

The person in this role will report to the Global Head of Client Success Enablement. You will develop and deliver technical content to enable our Client Success Organization (CSO) of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Professional Services (PS) consultants to provide customers with exceptional value and services. This is a collaborative role and requires interfacing with team leads, managers, and the broader team.

Additionally, we expect you to be an exceptional communicator and able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.

  • Deliver CSO curriculum to achieve learning objectives (LOs)
  • Produce training schedules and virtual/in-person classroom agendas
  • Prepare training materials (presentations, worksheets etc.)
  • Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
  • Coordinate and conduct on-site training when needed
  • Support training improvement efforts to leverage new/different curriculum teaching methods
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Measure learners' performance against stated LOs
  • Occasionally shadow calls to provide feedback and identify opportunities for continued improvement and learning for broader team trainings
About You

A strong candidate would possess:
  • Education in Education, Psychology, Educational Technology, or related discipline
  • High level of adaptability and creativity
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio scripts/video scripts
  • This role is exempt and there will be minimal to no travel expectations associated with this role

An exceptional candidate would possess:
  • Extended Education in Education, Psychology, Educational Technology, or related discipline
  • Familiarity with and demonstrated experience in effectively applying adult learning theory (how people learn) during classroom and virtual sessions
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver learner-centric instruction; can dynamically adapt content to needs of each unique class
  • Adept and effective at delivering through multiple techniques (teaching, coaching, training, facilitating, etc.)
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at simultaneously enabling diverse learner types (audio, visual and/or kinesthetic)
