Responsibilities:

• Provides compelling creative solutions, from concept to completion for all assigned tasks including, but not limited to, direct mail, signage, brochures, circular ad, logos, illustrations, digital tactics, and presentation materials
• Creates and develops complex ad layouts, formats, headings, and ad bugs, with little or no guidance
• Leads and participates in special project work teams to develop Marketing collateral for presentation and printing
• Collaborates and actively participates in brainstorming sessions with various cross-functional groups

About You:

• 1+ years of experience with formal education/training in art, graphic design, illustration, retail advertising or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced experience with the Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of pre-press production techniques
