Location: Lakewood, CA
Salary: 100k - 120k plus bonus
Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Production Manager - Extrusion - Decoration for our client in their Lakewood, CA area manufacturing plant. The qualified individual will have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in operations / production in an Extrusion and Decoration manufacturing environment (Screen, Offset or Label printing)

COMPENSATION:Base Salary (90k to 120k) plus bonus

RELOCATION: Assistance provided for the right candidate

MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree

MUST HAVE: 5+ years of experience in operations / production in an Extrusion and Decoration

manufacturing environment (Screen, Offset or Label printing)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage all production department (Processing materials, Manufacturing products)

Manage Supervisors on all shifts in a 24/7 environment

Meets and maintains staffing requirements to ensure production

Reviews production orders or schedules

Oversee product data (Types, Quantities, Specifications of products, Delivery dates)

Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities

Resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems

Inspects machines and equipment

Develops or revises SOP's

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 5+ years of experience in operations / production in an Extrusion and Decoration manufacturing environment (Screen, Offset or Label printing)
