Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for their manufacturing facility located in the Salt Lake City metro area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, manage, and develop a team of FT employees in fast-paced manufacturing facility
- Will train and develop shift employees in a manufacturing facility
- Ensure product quality is at the highest standard
- Participate on and lead continuous improvement projects
- 3+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing setting
- Solid experience leading formal Lean / CI projects (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5s, etc.)
- KPI and Metrix experience
- Must be open to night shift (3 on - 2 off - 2 on - 3 off)
