Responsibilities
The Professional Practice Evaluation (PPE) Coordinator oversees the support and facilitation of the Medical Staff Peer Review process to measure, assess and
improve provider clinical performance on an organization-wide basis. In this role the coordinator assists in supporting the quality, safety and service initiatives
and goals of the organization and department using Continuous Quality Improvement methodology in managing data collection, analysis and reporting
outcomes. The PPE Coordinator manages the FPPE process and assists with management of the OPPE process by working with the Department Chair and Section
Chiefs to develop and complete review forms. The coordinator manages the electronic privilege and FPPE form building and configuration within the enterprise
software modules for support of these processes. Then in accordance with recommendations from clinical leadership, manages their deployment across Tower
Health.
