We are seeking Program Assistant (20 hours / week) to join our team in our Wilmington, DE location.

Position Details

The program assistant acts as the "point person" for the assurance of administrative communication and coordination across the health care delivery system. The program assistant actively participates in all quality assurance and other outcomes measures within the program. This position assists with the flow of referrals and assignments to the Behavioral Health Therapist and Physical health navigator for initial outreach. The Program assistant is responsible for accurate reporting and account for members who are currently engaged with the team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized training in administration, office management, business or related field from an accredited collage.

• 3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
