Aspire Health Alliance has a excellent opportunity for an experienced Emergency Services professional to lead a team of clinicians at South Shore Hospital's Emergency Department!

The Behavioral Health Emergency Service Program Director will work within South Shore Hospital to ensure that behavioral health clinical services are delivered to all clients in need in the hospital. This position will directly coordinate care and transitions with the community ESP Program Director. This position will directly supervise all ESP hospital-based clinicians. Working with South Shore Health Systems to provide integrated systems and supports within a multidisciplinary team. Overall responsibility for service delivery, fiscal management, coordination, and integration of care. Maintains regulatory, quality assurance, managed care standards and requirements.

Required Skills
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other mental health discipline
  • Training in assessing adults in crisis as well as competency in assessing children and their families in crisis
  • Independent Licensure required

Required Experience
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a Crisis Intervention setting
  • Minimum of one year experience in supervisory role required
  • Demonstrated experience and training in assessing both adult crisis as well as competency in assessing children and families in crisis
