Job Summary\u0007 Acting as the main project point of contact with client the Program Manager is responsible for coordination and direction of all personnel and activities on project site. A Program Manager is also responsible for managing a group of projects whereas a Project Manager manages individual projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities\u0007 Review and acquire a thorough knowledge of contract documents for each assigned project including but not limited to: project scope of work bid drawings and specifications contract subcontractor scopes of work and construction schedules\u0007 Solicit quotes from qualified subcontractors as required\u0007 Facilitate internal project kick-off meetings that include key participants from sales engineering fabrication and installation\u0007 Create and manage the project schedule and coordinate/verify appropriate resource scheduling for all required project tasks\u0007 Act as the point of contact for all internal and external project communication and documentation from the time of project handoff from account management through close-out\u0007 Acquire daily site progress reports from lead all team lead resources\u0007 Provide job progress reports to all internal and external stakeholders as required by contract\u0007 Facilitate ordering of materials for projects after engineering approval\u0007 Manage all project costs based on budgetary constraints and apply earned value management techniques for consistent internal and external reporting\u0007 Manage all resource/labor expenditures based on project budget throughout the project lifecycle and communicate any issues impacting profitability\u0007 Proactively manage the internal and external change order process\u0007 Verify quality of work performed by internal resources and subcontractors\u0007 Provide or schedule internal resources to conduct training to clients upon project completion.\u0007 Ensure all closeout/as-built documentation are created stored and submitted both internally and externally\u0007 Manage all project billing and invoicing requirements and coordination with finance department\u0007 Be available for project team questions/coordination based on specific project working hours/timeline\u0007 Coach supervise train and manage project team resources\u0007 Travel to various job sites required Other duties assigned as neededSkills and Abilities \u0007 Ability to perform manage/supervise coordinate and delegate detailed project-to-project team to meet project time scope and budget requirements.\u0007 Ability to proactively plan troubleshoot and solve technical personnel and other project related issues\u0007 Ability to understand and maintain project budgets\u0007 Ability to effectively manage all levels of project personnel and scope through time management with strict attention to detail\u0007 Understand AV system functionality and installation processes and techniques\u0007 Ability to read
