This is a hybrid role working from our Seattle office. The expectation is that this person is working from our office three days per week.

Role overview

The Program Manager, Employee Experience, reporting to the Director, Organizational Development, is responsible for building, implementing, and managing programs that create meaningful experiences for our employees and in turn, drive value for our people and impact for our business. Your ability to manage various projects/programs simultaneously will be critical to executing on the People & Culture initiatives. The right candidate for this role is someone with a background in building programs from the ground-up and is dedicated to ensuring the delivery of highly effective content that drives key employee experience metrics. A day in the life...

  • Collaborate with People & Culture leadership to develop strategies that promote measurable improvements to employee engagement through internal communications, development programs, performance reviews, and other culture and employee experience initiatives
  • Partner with various stakeholders across the organization to design, implement, and measure world-class performance, employee development, and employee experience programs
  • Drive end-to-end program management including maintaining timelines and project plans, stakeholder alignment, communications, and leading process improvements
  • Develop communication strategies to promote awareness and participation in employee experience and development initiatives
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of programs and processes, solicit feedback from stakeholders, and implement enhancements to continuously improve the employee experience
  • Support our semi-annual engagement survey and action planning process from design, project planning, launch, results analysis, and action planning
  • Oversee the logistics for a talent summit, people leader meetings, and other employee development opportunities
  • Play a key role in our leadership development strategy by supporting trainings, meetings, drafting communications, and building learning content and toolkits
  • Collaborate across the People & Culture team to reimagine our performance review process and make meaningful improvements to the experience for both employees and leaders
  • Serve as one of the key ambassadors of our cultural values and lead the charge in strengthening and embedding our values in everything we do
  • Manage external partnerships and vendors, building and maintaining strong relationships with key connections
  • Consult and contribute to ad-hoc People & Culture initiatives to support the employee experience

What we are looking for...
  • 5-8 years of experience, 3-5 years in a related field (Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development)
  • 2+ years of experience designing, managing, and executing on large-scale and complex people programs
  • Confident and natural presenter and facilitator
  • Methodical approach to requirements gathering, project planning, stakeholder management, and change management
  • PowerPoint proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail - you take a 'big picture' approach while still sweating the details
  • Passion for learning with a growth mindset
  • Outstanding follow through, self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action
