Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers.
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for acquiring results.
Establishes and assures alignment to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several divisions or functions.
Leads multiple programs and multi-functional teams of resources spread across multiple geographical locations through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Ability to apply project management best practices and methodology.
Ability to run Programs or Projects from 50,000 to 500,000 hours.
Ability to empower project teams and partners.
Validated ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Shown decision-making abilities.
What would make us excited about you?
Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years project management principles and methodologies acquired by assisting/coordinating mid-scale projects.
10+ years Program/Project delivery experience (50,000 - 500,000 Hours).
Preferred: advanced degree in related area and experience in one of CSAA IG's business lines a plus.

In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a salary range of $122,995-$144,700 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 15% of eligible pay.
