Location: Mountain View, CA
Description:
Position: Program Manager II

Location: Washington St, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Meet with T&S Intel leadership regularly to take notes and assist with any potential questions that might arise.
• Convert meeting notes, brainstorming sessions, strategy sessions into executive comms, memos and presentation decks.
• Plan, coordinate and rollout T&S Intel programs with exec support

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in political science, journalism, digital media, history, or a related field, or have a technical degree.
• 3 - 5+ years of relevant program manager experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with a proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams with senior stakeholder and executive visibility.
• Confident, well-organized and a quick learner.
• Strong knowledge management skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities without a loss of efficiency.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Advanced G Suite experience, including slides
• High degree of initiative and deadline-driven productivity

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Familiarity with client's products, its brand, infrastructure, and types of online abuse.
• Understanding of international and geopolitical events and how they may impact a global company.
• Strong technical competency, with a data-driven analytical approach toward observing developing trends.
• Familiarity with Internet technologies and related policy and regulatory environments.
• High degree of initiative and deadline-driven productivity.
• Customer service/client experience.
• Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
