Through direct engagement with partners around the world, the Network Investments team seeks to develop scalable infrastructure to connect and empower communities. If you are passionate about telecommunications, making the world more open and connected and have a desire to leverage your program management and communications skill sets in the network infrastructure domain, this is a great role for you.

Program Manager Internal Communications, Network Infra Responsibilities:

  • Manage various projects for Network Investments. Source feedback from subject matter experts, coordinate alignment between various inputs, and balance recommendations to highlight key risks and mitigations.
  • Craft narratives to explain infrastructure projects to internal and external audiences.
  • Contribute to global go-to-market prioritization and planning with central Communications, Marketing, Policy, Legal, Design and other stakeholders.
  • Think outside the box to develop and scale working models, processes, and systems to facilitate collaboration that is both useful and efficient.
  • Create presentations and other written documentation in support of cross-functional communications with Meta as well as with our external partners.
  • Develop metrics that track the success of engagement and outcomes of our content.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the telecom infrastructure space and share that knowledge with the wider Meta team.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time if and when travel is not restricted. Domestic and International travel is required.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Stakeholder management experience, especially across Communications, Marketing, Design, Legal, and/or Policy fields.
  • Bachelors' or experience (3+ years) working in communications, journalism, graphic design, or related fields.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience to succinctly summarize high volumes of information and identify key themes, risks, and mitigations.
  • Experience taking technical concepts and translate them into meaningful terms that resonate with both technical and business audiences.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the telecoms industry or public utilities and energy industry.
