Job Description
As a Senior Strategist, you will be joining the Slack Global Executive Programs team in supporting a high growth fast-paced Sales and Customer Success org.
The role combines the creative process of designing high impact executive programs and formulating compelling engagement strategies, with the execution mindset of operationalizing these programs with Account teams to ensure they produce results for our top customers and prospects.
Your primary function will be to drive the long-term strategy and success of our C-level engagement programs at Slack.
You will be focused on driving one-to-many executive engagement offerings and executive peer group engagements.
Your work will include managing proactive programs to ensure a cohesive plan around the globe, creating and executing a quarterly schedule for content, facilitating executive engagements and proactively building and delivering visionary demos.
Successful candidates will excel in program management, facilitation and storytelling, and proactive communication to sales/success teams and leaders.

What youll be doing:
Guide the overall strategy for executive level programs in collaboration with teammates and cross-functional partners
Shape, plan and execute high-profile, high-touch executive engagements to drive customer impact and business influence
Facilitate discussions with senior executives to understand requirements and business objectives, foster attendee interaction and peer collaboration, fluidly manage and lead both virtual and in-person executive sessions
Work closely with the extended Sales and Success leaders, and cross-functional leaders to ensure programs are the right fit and aligned to priorities
Evaluate, measure and report on program effectiveness and ROI
Program manage Slacks Executive Roundtables, in collaboration with regional Strategists, Solutions Marketing and Future Forum to identify, prioritize and decide on themes, build the schedule and resources, and manage the consolidated global comms
Contribute to executive engagement strategy efforts for Executive Sponsorship, AMER and APAC Briefings as needed
Build and deliver custom demos to support Exec Programs engagements, and craft a long-term plan for the EBC demo offering
Manage multiple, simultaneous programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution
Manage invitation lists for hosted C-level events to ensure attendance by the appropriate internal and external guests

You should have:
Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams to drive customer impact and strategic business influence
Current knowledge of the latest innovations and trends in business and technology, and the ability to tie them into the work that we do
Deep understanding of the Slack vision and strategy and be able to clearly communicate in terms of value to the customer
A track record of building and executing high-impact executive programs, event design and facilitation, and delivering custom demos for executive audiences or a combination of strategic planning and facilitation of successful high-stakes sales meetings
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, particularly with senior leaders
Experience with orchestration and facilitation of meetings, programs or events for senior executives
Ability to translate the business strategy to executive engagement programs and define clear metrics of success for each engagement
Exceptional program and project management skills with the ability to prioritize/drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of enterprise executive engagement programs, account-based marketing or product management experience
