Project Architect If you are a Project Architect with K-12 Educational architecture experience, please read on!
What You Will Be Doing The Project Architect will oversee the design and completion of federal projects in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.

Job duties include, but may not be limited to:
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with contracts
- Manage change order requests, project schedules, RFIs, and submittals
- Assist with project schedules as needed
- Develop and interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection reports
- Serve as a team leader for project efforts
- Perform quality assurance measures for projects
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors as needed for project execution
- Represent company in a professional and positive manner aligning with core values
- Follow project documentation filing procedures
- Attend meetings as requested
- Produce project drawings as needed
- Facilitate training of team members as needed
- Communicate project updates to department, company, and/or clients as requested
- Develop system improvements for federal government division
- Take part in project site visits and facility audits as needed for project support
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of professional K-12 Educational construction experience
- Registered Architect or PE license is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, or related software
- Outstanding communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Team leadership capability
- Professionalism in alignment with core values
