Ardurra is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our staff in Phoenix, AZ. This role will share time between our client site, Gila River Indian Community, and our Phoenix office location.

Primary Function

This position will support day-to-day administrative tasks in an on-site project management office at our client's location in the south valley (Sacaton, LaVeen, Chandler, Maricopa, etc.) with primary responsibility for pay applications and administrative duties for meetings, inspections, etc. Because of the onsite office location on the Gila River Indian Community, the best candidate fit would be someone living in the south central valley, Maricopa, Chandler, etc.

Primary Duties

  • Coordinate Ardurra satellite office activities with Client
  • Onsite construction administration for Client, Ardurra, and Subcontractors
  • Work cooperatively with Client team
  • Establish and manage document control
  • Be professional and respectful of Client staff and HOT Team
  • Assist with review of monthly contractor pay application and reconciliation
  • Respond quickly and professionally to Client requests for information
  • Keep Ardurra Project Manager and project team alerted to issues in a timely manner

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Preference is three (3) plus years of administrative experience in a construction company or interfacing with construction projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong organization skills, and the desire to jump in and help where needed
  • Efficiently problem solve possess business professional demeanor
  • Establish priorities and have the ability to successfully multi-task
  • Ability to work independently or within a group setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Knowledge of payroll and AP/AR
