BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator for Kyle, TX.

Position Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Kyle, TX

Anticipated Start Date: 04/01/2024.

Expected Duration: 12 Months.

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $20.34 - $33.56

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Description

• Global Product Services (GPS) mission is to significantly enhance our most important customer's experience by effectively resolving (technical) issues, proactively preventing future problems, and inspiring teams to create valuable, high quality products. Teams are an operations driven organization, involved throughout the lifecycle of product development and service delivery to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience on our platform.
  
  Duties
  
• This team lead with advertising operations experience to help oversee a small team of Ad Ops agents. As part of the team, this person will oversee the day to day operations of the contractor team, assure quality of agents' task outputs, manage the team's capacity and workload and own the on-boarding and training process of new hires. In addition, this person will help manage test campaigns (alpha/beta) for client managed/unmanaged advertisers and work closely with internal team members to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the end-to-end testing process.
  
  SKILLS
  
• Leading and overseeing a team
• Executing quality assurance and guaranteeing a high level of team's work outputs
• Managing a team's capacity
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor and on-board existing and new team members
• Extensive experience as a user and familiarity with client ad products preferred
• Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement, and creative strategy
• Experience providing insights and campaign optimisations/recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners
• Experience leading and managing initiatives with support from client Program Managers
• Anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support
  
  Must Have Skills
  
• 2+ years experience directly managing and optimizing client Paid advertising campaigns
• 2+ years experience managing client - facing communication concerning Ads Manager/ campaign set-up per internal direction
• 1+ year experience directly managing/mentoring junior team members - Managing teams capacity and executing quality assurance and guaranteeing a high level of team's work outputs
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor and on-board existing and new team member
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns while maintaining strict attention to detail
• Aptitude in anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  
• Prior experience in ads effectiveness
• Understanding technical concepts such as Pixel
• Experience in working on research studies (A/B tests, surveys, interviews)
