Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Location: Roseville

Pay: $26.00 to $30.00 hour

Hours: 8am to 5pm

Job Type: Full-Time

Summary:

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and helping to keep project timelines on track.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in the formulation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company projects.
• Facilitate communication between office staff and field personnel, as well as with external stakeholders, including suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Adjust schedules and targets on projects as needed.
• Document all project actions and minutes from meetings.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities around the project to proactively manage contingencies.
• Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory and project statuses.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project coordinator or project manager in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent time management and communication skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
