About the role:

WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role schedules and coordinates special orders and special projects by performing the required duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Contacts customers and forwards technical and commercial information and documentation to customers and sales team.
• Establishes priorities for specific customer orders.
• Interfaces between customer, sales team and the factory on purchase orders and related issues.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Education:

• High School diploma or GED. An Associate�s degree in a related discipline or equivalent in related experiencepreferred.

Knowledge / training:

• Moderate understanding of industry trends, market forces and a good understand of customer expectations.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Customer Service experience.

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience coordinating and scheduling special projects.
