Job Description

As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsiblefor communicating and coordinating with clients to help them understand and obtain international product certification, addressing product-specific requirements for electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), Radio (RF) compliance in specific countries the product will be marketed and sold.

  • Communication with client
  • Application files review
  • Preparation and submission
  • Updates on project statusand certification dossier maintenance
  • Facilitating Type Approval and testing in accordance with International requirements within the client's budget and delivery targets
  • Cross function / SGS affiliates communication - overseeing work conducted at global SGS laboratories domestically and internationally and International agencies to obtain product approvals for clients
  • Study and monitoring international regulatory change and implementation
  • Maintain the International Type Approval SOP/Knowledge database
  • Represent SGS at external committee
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or Business, or Communications with strong technical aptitude
  • 1-3 years experience experience in electronics compliance field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English. Fluent in Chinese or Korean is a plus
  • Prior project management experience preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time management skills a must
  • Proactive work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid/ accurate conclusions
  • International perspectives / Global awareness
