What We're Looking For:
Barge Design Solutions is seeking to fill the position of Civil 3D Pipeline Designer in to support the Water Business Unit in our GA and TN office locations.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Use Civil3D engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents for gravity and pressure pipeline projects, including the use of dynamic sections.
• Mentors less experienced designers offering advice and knowledge to support other projects.
• Receives detailed document mark up and preforms drafting resulting in a composition of drawings to visually communicate deliverables for assigned projects.
• Sets up and prepares documents projects.
• Updates and adjusts drawings/specifications through feedback dialogue with other professionals and designers.
• Checks and plots drawings.
• Correctly label final working drawings.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience Qualifications:

• Two-year degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Drafting or equivalent 4 years relevant experience, or other relevant combination of education and/or experience
• Experience using Civil3D a must
