Project Estimator If you are a Project Estimator with with at least 3+ years of experience, please read on!

Based out of beautiful Kent, WA, we are a nationally recognized leader for large-scale commercial property landscaping in the Pacific Northwest. We have been providing expert landscape services and environmental solutions to our partners since 1890.
What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for preparing bids and proposals while also attending pre-bid meetings and site visits when required and necessary to complete bids accurately and competitively. You will also be tasked to produce paperwork as requested by construction crews and/or the Project Manager.
What You Need for this Position * Must Have: *
- 3+ years of Construction estimating
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction
- Strong understanding of commercial construction

*Nice to Have:*
- 2+ years of Landscaping experience
- Experience with Timberline estimating, Planswift, Bluebeam and Auto CAD
