Project Manager *Job Title:* Project Manager
*Location:* St. Charles, MO
*Salary:* $70K-$100K + Bonus

We are a friendly, compassionate disaster restoration company that has been servicing the homes and businesses of St. Charles and St. Peters for over 30 years!

Due to continued growth, we are in need of hiring an experienced Project Manager to manage water, fire and mold jobs!
What You Will Be Doing - Ensuring accurate project scope and preparing estimates using Xactimate
- Negotiating customer/client approval of project scope and estimate
- Managing crews, subcontractors and resources
- Reviewing jobsite documentation
- Managing production expenses
- Maintaining clear communication throughout the process with customers, staff, vendors and adjusters
What You Need for this Position - Prior experience supervising/managing disaster restoration jobs
- Xactimate proficiency
- IICRC Certification
