Fairfield Residential is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

• 5+ Years of commercial new construction experience as a Project Manager with an emphasis on Multifamily Residential construction projects.
• Must display a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Knowledge and understanding of current project types, building codes, contract documents, insurance and bonding concepts, OSHA compliance, etc.
• Preconstruction and Estimating experience is a plus.
• Strong Leadership Ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills to include MS Excel, Word and Project, as well as, BlueBeam Revu, Procore, Adobe Acrobat, Textura and Microsoft Project
• Ability to work long, unsupervised hours, including working during "off hours" and/or weekends
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including rain events, extreme hot and cold
• Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of construction
• Ensure project completion on-time and on-budget
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
