RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in the San Francisco Bay Area is looking for a Project Manager for a long term contract. This person will be responsible for multiple projects in the IT space. Summary:In this role, the Project Manager will be Coordinating with internal stakeholders, offshore teams, and external vendors. There are many projects related to Peoplesoft HCM including HR and payroll modules, as well as third party integrations such as Kronos. This individual will come with experience in working with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, and drive project plans.REQUIREMENTS:
- 7-10 years of experience in Project Managment
- 4-5 years of Peoplesoft HCM - Integration experience
- Strong communication skills
- Technical acumen - not building themselves, but able to understand and gather requirements
- Message based integrations experience
- Retail experience is nice to have but not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
