Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager

Must be able to work Hybrid Schedule (2-3Days a week)

Skills:

  • 3-5 years' experience; comfortable in excel tools such Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experience with Jira needed
  • SharePoint would be a plus
  • Both executive and broad communications experience required
  • Demonstrate excellent relationship management, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to prioritize and deliver initiatives
  • Ability to obsess about the overall customer experience and provide a world class service.
  • Be a self-starter that can take ownership and lead with little to no direction
  • Be a strong decision-maker and problem-solver with attention to detail and excellent logical thinking skills to understand and analyze business processes, identify risks, and propose solutions

Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with key partners to gather facts, data, and information
  • Build a strong partnership with the internal partners and demonstrate subject matter expertise Ensure compliance with all defined policies and procedures and meet all reporting and documentation standards
  • Drafting, presenting, and publishing communication and presentations to executive management as well as the entire internal F&BM community (example BD* updates, CIO updates, etc.)
  • Handling the agenda and meeting facilitation of regular CFO check-ins (team of ~200)
  • Publication of regular communications on behalf of the CCB Tech CFO
  • Promoting key agenda goals (ie: training, location specific extra curricular activities, holiday, D,E,&I, etc.) Other tasks may include
  • Business Management: Build, maintain effective relationships with stakeholders in various products, and proposing/driving solutions. This role will interface with key influencers and decision-makers across various Products, Technology, Analytics and Finance functions
  • Executive reporting: Compile central reporting of key OKRs/updates to CCB leadership o Participate in the Design, Build and Coordination of the initial reporting framework o Partner with product line's stakeholders to address standardized and requirements
  • Prepare the timely creation of the monthly cross product reporting
  • Review existing processes and elevate, advocate and integrate best practices
  • Initiative Management: Support initiatives from start through

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Finance and business management background preferred
