Joining Meta's Creative Shop means that you're going to be a part of an incredibly talented and committed team that is focused on defining the role that Meta can and will play in the future of marketing.In this position, you'll be responsible for project managing some of the most critical organization wide initiatives and ideas. You'll be the person who "makes it happen," managing project pipelines, overseeing the full lifecycle of the initiatives. You have the ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously with many different stakeholders and you are a master at maintaining communication and momentum with all partners.

Project Manager, Creative Shop Responsibilities:

  • Manage key projects independently from initiation through completion
  • Set expectations with all stakeholders and drives communication throughout the process, outlining key deadlines and interdependencies, clarifying business requirements and managing team expectations
  • Define the scope, timelines and resources needed to meet project objectives
  • Proactively identify risks in project execution and mitigates risks effectively
  • Independently manage several high priority, high visibility projects that require meticulous attention to detail as well as the big picture of how the project fits into overall Creative Shop strategy
  • Provide visibility to all deliverables, timelines and issues frequent status updates to the team and relevant partners
  • Partner with cross-functional partners across the organization and enrolls all key partners in collectively executing on a unified vision
  • Track ongoing costs throughout project lifecycle and ensure compliance where needed i.e. engagement contract or budget to initiate projects
  • Partner with creative leadership to problem solve/course correct on projects
  • Proactively seek feedback from partners and team members to constantly improve process and execution


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project management or production experience in a digital or integrated agency or similar environment
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple interdependencies and diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working with a wide network of partners in creative execution on a global team or on multi-national context
  • Experience and proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint
  • Proven analytical skills and business understanding
  • Expert communication skills
  • Experience wearing multiple hats and deliver high-quality results in an ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment
  • Organizational and project management experience
  • Experience interacting with and influencing senior creative leadership


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mobile-first mindset and experience producing in the mobile-first space
  • Detailed knowledge of the Facebook and Instagram platforms and their portfolio of products
  • Experience managing and scaling programs and initiatives
  • Experience building process from whitespace
  • Experience managing complex projects with a future-forward focus
  • Experience working in ever-evolving spaces (social, experiential, etc.)
