What You Need for this Position -Supervision of total construction effort to ensure project(s) constructed per design, budget and on-schedule.
-Manage & support financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting and
budgeting
-Knowledge of electrical construction and service management methods including related technologies, will not be ruled out if no experience
- Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful hand off from estimating to field
- Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
-Estimate change orders for assigned projects
- Manage all jobs closeout procedures
