Description:
Currently seeking a project manager with experience in mergers and acquisitions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- M&A Integration Project experience
- PMP or PMI certification preferred
- Handling large scale projects
- 5 + years of demonstrated experience in project management methodologies/standards
- Bachelor's degree in a business or other non-technical field such as Finance, Accounting, or Administration or equivalent work experience. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Project management
- Working with stakeholders
- Developing project plan
- Status reporting and governance
