Full Time (40 hours)

Day Shift; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm


Position Summary:

Under minimal supervision, this position provides support for large scale projects. Collaborates on the project plan, follows up with individuals and/or teams on project tasks, prepares agendas, takes minutes and schedules meetings as needed. This position will perform analytical functions as needed such as gathering requirements, financial information, disseminating critical data and preparing reports. This position will gather and report project status from the team, and will serve as a resource for the department. This position plays a major role in developing, researching, evaluating, and revising initiative plans pertaining to all lines of business. The function may require communications with 3rd parties such as vendors who are working on projects.


A Bachelor's Degree in Business in Health Administration or related degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred. Related work experience may be substituted for some educational requirements.

Work Experience:

Two years' experience in managed care and analytics preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in Business, program development and/or project development/management preferably in health insurance is required. Must have demonstrated experience in report preparation.
