Within Global Operations, Community Product Operations' focus is on supporting our users through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions. Those who join our teams are very passionate about solving people's issues, and are strong advocates for the Facebook community. We need influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for our platforms. Problem Integrity Operation teams drive the operational protocol to scale our enforcement of the community standards to our community of two billion people. The team owns the operational health and design of key workflows and metrics and identifies and drives improvements in those aligned to core metrics. The team are subject matter experts in the abuse areas they support and leverage this to maintain an overall picture of the roadmap for the abuse area. Each problem focused team drives these efforts in service of our overall Community Integrity objectives in close partnership with a large cross functional team. On these teams, you will have the opportunity to directly protect the safety of the Facebook community by leading a team responsible for building protocol, strategies and operations to reduce the prevalence of topic on our platforms. Our Problems Integrity Operation teams include:-Misinformation: Focused on 1) identifying where misinformation and low-quality content are on the platform; 2) informing our user base with accurate content provided by third party fact checkers; and 3) reducing or removing content to stop the spread of civic, health, and emerging misinformation. The team focuses on providing emergency and scalable responses to real world events such as elections, between country conflicts, and health pandemics.-Inauthentic Behavior: Focused on minimizing bad experiences for user and harm to society due to spam and other deceitful actions driven by bad actors. We strive to protect legitimacy and build an inclusive community by surfacing user insights, scaling workflows, and operationalizing measurement, detection, and enforcement.-Objectionable Content: Focused on minimizing online and offline harm and preventing bad experiences caused by Objectionable Content on our platforms. We strive to keep our community safe through our work in scaling processes and workflows, proactive and reactive risk mitigation and through our close collaboration with our Policy and Product partners.-Harmful Content: Composed of our Dangerous Organizations and Individuals and Regulated Goods and Services teams. These teams are focused on minimizing negative user experiences and preventing real-world harm by creating a safe and secure platform where dangerous organizations and individuals find it impossible to operate, and where sellers and seekers of regulated goods are unable to connect.-Safety: Focused on creating a safe space for users to engage, interact and create community on our platforms. We perform victim-centric and user-informed removal of harmful content, and data-informed strategies which aim to prevent real-world harm or exploitation of our users. Project Managers analyze patterns of activity and investigate trends to help enforce Facebook policies, as well as organizing cross-functional teams to take action in order to educate and protect the Facebook community. You will work alongside Product Managers, Policy Experts, Risk Teams, Market Experts, UX Researchers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to proactively identify and independently lead strategic projects geared towards improving the quality of on platform content. As a Project Manager in a rapidly maturing field, you will identify areas for process improvement, help us intelligently scale our operations by optimizing and automating processes and solve challenging problems and applying insights to help meet tomorrow's challenges. Successful candidates for this role have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, can navigate ambiguity and are always looking for strategic opportunities to improve how systems and processes work. This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos and drafting, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material. I.e., child exploitation, graphic violence, animal abuse, self-injury and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.
