Our client, an independent advertising agency, has an immediate need for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate is capable of getting deep into the day-to-day project management and able to think holistically about the needs of all parties, clients, general operations, and external partners. This is a remote role but can be hybrid if you're in the NYC area. Initially, you will need to use your own computer. 

What you'll be doing:


Driving the project management process from brief through delivery in a fast-paced environment where you will be handling a high volume of social & digital ads, video projects, experiential, print, etc.
Working with resource management and project teams on weekly creative resourcing to ensure full-time & freelance staffing is appropriate while identifying & flagging needs, conflicts, and changes.
Collaborating with Group Brand Directors to help scope new projects and review staff plans.
Tracking project burn, analyzing project health, and reporting back to team leads with optimization recommendations & resourcing adjustments.
Partnering with Media leads to assessing campaign needs at project onset, and continue working together through the reporting and optimization feedback loops.
Working with Production and Creative leads to monitor studio project flow on an as-needed basis.
Working with Creative Operations to implement department processes, while helping to identify ongoing operational efficiencies and suggestions for evolved ways of working, including the review & recommendation of different software tools for resource allocation, project management, meeting management, timecards, etc.

About You:


3-5 years of experience in a small to mid-sized digital creative agency as a Project Manager.
Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing direct reports.
Experience managing creative timelines and deliverables across a fully integrated process including TV/Video, Print, Radio, Digital, Social Media, and Experiential.
Have a deep understanding of media formats across a range of channels, platforms, and deliverables including social, digital, email, and web. Deliverables will primarily span social creative, web design, and digital video/display.
Ability to think strategically & operationally about how the department is run/organized and how problems are solved.
Experience with various Project Management software and the ability to provide recommendations for new programs & tools to implement.
Experience with creative asset management as this is a fast-paced environment dealing with a large number of assets.
Performance marketing and/or post-production experience is a plus.
Experience in Telecomm is a plus.
Proactive, scrappy, get it done mentality.
