Do you want to play a role in global commerce?

Prologis is looking for a Project Manager | Scrum Master for Forecasting & Valuations capabilities to serve and guide the team as we further integrate the business into IT initiatives and transition to an Agile methodology.

You will lead critical Program and Project management duties, such as establishing results and timelines, planning for resource needs, defining scope, definition, and success criteria of initiatives, leading forecasting and budgeting duties, and scheduling discovery and working sessions with our teams in the field.

Additionally, this person will support our Agile transformation by guiding and serving teams through effective application of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum. You will enable and run multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment through effective teamwork, facilitation, leadership and coaching. As a key member of the Business Capability Engineering team you will work with global business partners to understand MVP, MMF, key priorities, and dependencies.

What's needed in order to do that:


  • Handle an overall, program-level capability plan (i.e. an aggregate-level view from each initiative).

  • Help prepare project proposals, timelines, and budget estimates.

  • Acquire initial project work estimates from all appropriate execution teams and ensure resource availability.

  • Build and balance multiple capability initiative project plans in-parallel, each of which should include: Project scope (i.e. a set of near-term goals to accomplish the capability roadmap); Tasks/results to accomplish; Dependencies and critical path; Key achievement dates; Budget estimates versus actual project spend.

  • Supervise and communicate project risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID).

  • Craft and communicate regular status reports.

  • Act as a servant leader to a team by helping remove obstacles and barriers and providing coaching or mentorship to team members as needed.

  • Establish and release sprint plans that align to team velocity, and key landmark dates.

  • Schedule and facilitate delivery meetings and ceremonies, including: Daily stand-ups; Backlog grooming sessions; Planning meetings; Business and technical demos; Retrospectives.

  • Participate in cross-capability "scrum-of-scrum" meetings as the capability team representative to discuss project statuses and align on upcoming priorities and initiatives.

  • Active participation in the maturation process of the Agile model and methodology within the organization.


Tell us if you're ready.

  • 5-7 years' experience as a Program/Project manager, with 1-3 of those years with experience as a Scrum Master.

  • 5+ years' experience leading technology initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques.

  • Experience with an Agile planning tool such as CA Agile Central/Rally (preferred), JIRA, etc.

  • Experience with project planning and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel or Project, SharePoint, etc.

  • Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills.

  • Solid ability to multitask, and efficiently handle and prioritize time across contending activities and resources.


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Project Manager Professional Certification highly desirable.

  • Scrum Master Certification and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.

  • Experience with CA Agile Central/Rally is preferred.

  • Experience with Jira and Jira Align is preferred.

  • Experience with Yardi Systems, Salesforce, Tableau, Denodo, Informatica, PeopleSoft, Office 365, and SharePoint is a plus.

  • Experience working with sales operations, finance organizations, property management and/or customer experience initiatives is a plus.


Target base compensation range of: $90,000-$115,000, plus bonus target to be discussed during initial phone interview.
