Basic Job Functions:

The Project Manager Supervisor will be based out of the Rock Hill, SC office and be responsible for taking care of our customers by working as a member of the Nucor Skyline team to continuously improve our safety, quality, costs, productivity, and profitability. The responsibilities of the Project Manager Supervisor include but are not limited to:
• Providing day-to-day leadership for the PM team through coaching, mentoring, one-on-ones, and providing feedback
• Developing strong relationships with both internal and external customers
• Personally, demonstrating the values that make up the Nucor culture
• Overseeing the divisions production schedule/capacity and working with all departments to ensure projects are optimized throughout the division, while meeting the customer's needs
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the PM team, including ongoing recruiting, hiring, and training
• Driving performance among the PM Team by setting metrics and goals
• Working with Sales Service Manager to set forecast goals for the division
• Reviewing our processes and procedures with the Sales Support Supervisor to ensure we are running as efficiently as possible
• Working with the PM team to create tools and resources for them to utilize
• Assisting the Sales Service Manager and PM's with claim issues and helping to drive those to closure in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School diploma
2. Competent with Microsoft Office software programs
3. Competent with Stratix (or equivalent manufacturing program)
4. Be willing to and have the means to travel.
5. Supervisor and/or Manager approval

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Two or more years of experience in piling/steel industry
2. Previous experience in sales or project manager role
3. Previous leadership experience
