ECS is seeking a Project Oversight Specialist to work in our Memphis, TN office.

Job Description:

This position identifies project goals, objectives and scope, and creates project plan/documentation that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. Communicates with the project team and stakeholders, manages risks and issues, and monitors progress to ensure that the project stays on track. Provides reporting to upper management regarding status of the project.

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
  • Delegate work to team members based on skill and expertise
  • Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
  • Address questions and concerns throughout the project
  • Keep application development team focused on the tasks needed to support the end goal
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
  • Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into designs and implementation
  • Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications
  • Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, information technology, or related fields, preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience
  • Proficient in managing cross functional teams
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Experience with Software development lifecycle and Agile Project Management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, which includes Visio and Teams
  • Experience with project management software tools
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

Desired Skills:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
