Your new role
Manage day to day operations, achieve the best professionalism by team members in the office and on the community. Follow Fair Housing and ADA laws, maintain office and resident files, oversee office team members and supervise with assistance of maintenance supervisor. Maintain excellent resident, prospect and vendor relationships. Maintain and manage financial responsibilities (budgets, information to owners, statements, annual budgets, AP reports, and be able to monitor and manage rent collection. Recruit, interview, and hire new employees. Promote and be able to terminate employees with assistance of RM. Schedule, monitor vacation and growth of team. Be able to conduct reviews and annual performance reports. Have marketing ideas for community, conduct them onsite (resident events, etc.) Assist with leasing staff and help achieve goals that are given.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 3 + years as a property manager. Flexible schedule, and multifamily certification preferred but not required.
