Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as a Proposal Coordinator with Eide Bailly might include the following:

  • Maintaining the proposal request intake process, assuring timely and efficient processing of new proposal requests.
  • Coordinating with partners and staff in creating and updating individual profiles to spotlight the individual's experience and expertise.
  • Collaborating across the firm to assist in the creation and review of proposals and supporting materials, including interacting with proposal specialists as well as other marketers, designers, partners, and manager.
  • Maintaining and monitors proposal related systems (Sitecore, Templafy, Salesforce) as well as tracks and compiles debrief information following proposal award.
  • Completing other administrative tasks as requested.

Who You Are
  • You have prior experience in a professional service firm required.
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, writing or proposals preferred.
  • You have strong writing/editing skills; proficient in AP writing style.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
  • You have strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up.
  • You have a knack for learning new tools.
  • You are able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • You are able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • You are able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • You are Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint) and using various software packages.
Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
