Ardurra is seeking a Public Works Engineering Intern to join our staff in Phoenix, AZ.

Primary Function

Under general supervision, performs assignments of limited scope which require the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related design engineering tasks. This includes limited experience in utilizing various computer software packages and automated engineering and design tools.

Primary Duties

• Assists with preparing plan details and outlines.
• Assists in preparation of technical specifications.
• Assists with preparing technical memorandum or sections.
• Assists with performing field tests & measurements, collection and processing of field data.
• Provides miscellaneous task assignment to support project team.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental related coursework / certifications.
• Minimal years of experience is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
