Position Summary:

Red River offers an accelerated development program for recent college graduates with technical and business degrees. The program includes intensive training where participants will build business, technical, customer service, and consulting skills to meet the demands of our growing customer base. Participants will be assigned a dedicated mentor that will assist throughout the program and in the planning of a custom career path.

Primary Position Tasks:

  • Streamline and improve Red River's communication channel.
  • Provide high level of customer service to our internal and external customers.
  • Leverage EDI and tracking tools built to reduce manual operations.
  • To fill all of the post-sale administrative functions on all Supply Chain Department orders. (order, track, invoice, issue resolution as needed)
  • Detailed communication with sales teams and operations on the status of open orders
  • Assist in Sales to Accounting communication.
  • Work closely with other finance teams to ensure effective monthly reporting for all outbound expenses and incoming revenue.
  • Other business duties as assigned.


Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:
  • Completed or actively pursuing a 2 or 4 year college degree
  • Supply, logistics, and/or customer service experience


Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel


Essential Elements (Mental; Physical; Equipment used):

Desk Position: This position is an office position that requires sitting at a desk for multiple hours throughout the work day.

Special Requirements:

This position will operate from the Claremont, NH corporate offices and/or remotely with potentially up to 10% travel, subject to change as business permits.
