A Vacation Ownership Company is seeking a QA Automation Lead in Orlando, FL/Hybrid.

Role Description

• Analysis of current manual test processes to design automation scope and structure
• Build and implement robust automation test suites
• Integration of automated test suites and automated test data creation with the current build and deployment processes.
• Maintenance of automated tests to accommodate changes in system design and architecture
• Integration of Automation frame work with existing tools including Jira, Zephyr, Jenkins and Perfecto
• Create, Manage, and Utilize defect workflows with automated test execution
• Design and publish meaningful metrics to support automation test creation and execution.
• Demonstrated competency with database structures
• Demonstrated QA expertise or technical experience in several of the following areas:
o Web and Mobile systems
o Web Services Architecture (SOA)
o Application Server Technology

Skills & Requirements

• 8+ years of QA Automation experience in complex, enterprise environments
• Must possess prior Lead experience (leading projects and ) inclusive of designing test strategy and automated test design
• Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ Selenium (ideally 5+ years of current experience)
• Must possess experience and proficiency with Selenium Grid
• Must possess experience building automated test suites from scratch
• Must possess experience leading an offshore team
• Data testing and strong SQL experience strongly preferred
