Job Function Summary: Performs QC inspection and testing for purchased components, subassemblies and finished goods, including documentation review of supplier data and certificates.

Job Functions:

• Performs inspection of incoming components per specification using various measuring devices.
• Follows the appropriate procedures and protocols for performing inspection.
• Creates Inspection Records (IR) to document the outcome of the inspection.
• Creates Inspection Change Order (ICO) to submit completed IRs for approval.
• Reviews ICOs for completion and verification of compliance with internal procedures.
• Performs destructive strength testing for applicable Items.
• Assists in the evaluation of authorized returned goods (RGA's).
• Performs data entry and various electronic transactions with little supervision.
• Provides input to documentation gaps, process improvements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to learn and understand QC core structure (inspection, testing, using various measuring devices, documentation of results, ability to follow DMR).
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Good computer skills including MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Working knowledge of GMP standards is desirable.
• Able to work in a controlled clean environment.
• Self-motivated and able to take direction to perform all necessary duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a Quality Control or Manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic math skills necessary .
• Strong communication skills (English).
