Your Role:

In this dynamic role with MilliporeSigma, you will be part of our fast-growing Validation Services organization. You will be primarily responsible for performing quality reviews of customer facing documentation as well as maintaining and improving our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. You will work in a team environment to conduct various quality management functions required in our physical, biological, and chemical testing laboratories. This position will require timely review of protocols, data, and reports. Additionally, this role requires planning and performing internal audits, developing, and following up on CAPAs, change control management, training program management and document control responsibilities.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (i.e., Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.)
  • 1+ years of work experience in a regulated biotech/biopharmaceutical environment
  • 1+ years of work experience in a quality role in an ISO certified environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a GMP environment
  • Demonstrated application of quality improvement tools (5 Whys, RCA, 8D, fishbone, FMEA)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbally
  • Ability to work well in a group or individually as needed
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and protocols
  • Ability to solve problems and develop creative thinking skills related to test results
  • Ability to multitask and handle different responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and drive to succeed: individually and as a team; willingness to learn and lead by doing
