Quality Engineer *Job Title:* Quality Engineer
*Location:* On-Site - Puyallup, WA
*Salary:* $65-80k
*Requirements:* Degree in engineering or related field, 1+ years of related experience, manufacturing industry experience

We are a company that repairs and provides remanufactured, aftermarket, and OEM hydraulic units and components. We have spent over 40 years specializing in industrial applications that support a variety of industries, including automotive, construction, utility, mining, agricultural, and marine equipment. Due to company growth, we are adding an experienced Quality Engineer to our Seattle-based team. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of solid experience in automotive manufacturing or within an industrial environment.

What You Will Be Doing *As the quality engineer, you will:*
- Develop and maintain quality systems according to standards
- Test products and procedures to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
- Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
- Investigating and resolving product/component non-conformances and implement improvements
- Ensures production and quality requirements are communicated and understood
- Resolves quality-related concerns related to the supply chain
- Conducts supplier and product assessments
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve the quality and increase customer satisfaction
What You Need for this Position - Degree in engineering or related field
- 1+ years' experience in automotive manufacturing or within an industrial environment
- Knowledge/expertise in ISO 19001
- Manufacturing/Remanufacturing experience a huge plus
- Knowledge of production processes, machines, tools, including design and uses
- Strong analytical ability
- Troubleshooting ability required
