Position:

Quality Management System and Compliance Coordinator

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking an experienced and eager Quality Management Systems and Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the document control function for released and approved processes through EtQ software for all business units and processes on site
• Provide administrative support in implementing systems, procedures, and policies; completing projects in support of compliance audits
• Prepare compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information
• Act as the lead auditor for site certifications including AS9100, ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, 14CFR, 21CFR and CCC
• Develop, maintain, and ensure the execution of the internal audit schedule in collaboration with the quality manager
• Support quality metric reporting for all departments on site
• Provide support for process instruction implementation, corrective/preventive action, process improvement activities, QMS audits, and serves as area subject matter expert
• Administer the corrective action/preventative action program and ensure departments execute actions on time and in-line with program guidelines
• Support the site in resolving order processing problems through coordination with Arrow Sales/Marketing Representative, Purchasing, Quality, Suppliers, Logistics, Transportation, Finance, and direct customer engagement

What You'll Need:

• 2-5 years experience working with document control and auditing systems plus Associates Degree, or equivalent experience
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work well with teams
