Bonus - We're offering a generous sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team. Recognizing and valuing exceptional talent, we're eager to discuss the exciting details of this bonus during our interview process.

About Us

North Shore Physicians Group (NSPG), the largest multi-specialty physicians group north of Boston, is a leader in innovative practices. We are explorers at heart! Here, ideas come from everyone-to the benefit of everyone we serve.

We continually seek the best ways to streamline care for both patients and providers. Our medical team of more than 400 physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other care professionals is consistently working together to discover new ways to improve and enhance our practices to benefit the health of our patients and the careers of our providers.

With NSPG as your employer, you'll experience clinical excellence, supportive practice environments, and opportunities for career advancement! Through our team-based approach, the goal is to make our practice of medicine smarter and more efficient.

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Radiology Technologist to support the follow practices onsite:

  • Family Medicine (Swampscott) - Mondays from 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Orthopedics (Peabody) - Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:45am to 7:15pm
These offices are within 7.5 miles (approx. 20-minute commute) of each other. As our team continues to grow, there is also strong potential for expanded hours/ability to pick up additional shifts in the future. Did we mention that we have free parking?

Because the offices represent different care environments, this role offers the best of both worlds: a stable, routine schedule some days and a high-volume, variable challenge other days.

This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously to the top of your licensure while also functioning as part of multiple collaborative, finely-tuned teams. The ideal candidate profile is an experienced, adaptable Rad Tech who is confident in their clinical abilities, genuinely enjoys variety, and likes to have fun while they work. Are you ready to bring your expertise to these practices and join us in driving medicine forward?

Qualifications
Education
  • Required: Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Training program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRC/ERT) required.
Licensure
  • Required: Licensure with the Department of Public Health to practice Radiologic Technology in the state of Massachusetts required. Registration or registration eligible* with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required, for Radiography.
