Kranz, a division of Imperial Dade, a leading distributor, is searching for a detail orientated Rebate Coordinator. Located at our Racine, WI facility, this individual will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by offering our customers deviated costs through our rebate collections process. Successful candidates for this role find satisfaction in problem solving and work well independently while building relationships with internal partners to ensure positive outcomes. The primary responsibility of this role will be to update and maintain deviated costs received from manufacturers and internal sales reps, and to process rebate claims to supplier partners. This position is onsite, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm CST.

  • Manage contract/rebate costs in system - includes entry/uploading rebated costs, maintaining, updating, and obtaining replacement cost supports, as well as communicating contract updates with necessary departments
  • Assist with questions related to contract/rebated costs or sell pricing
  • Assist in researching best cost for bids/quotes for account managers
  • Assist/Solicit contract costs from suppliers
  • Generate and analyze sales/costing reporting as needed
  • Identify, analyze, and communicate margin enhancement opportunities
  • File and maintain current contract copies in digital contract repository for assigned vendors.
  • Submit rebate claims for assigned vendors, filing frequency varies by vendor
  • Research variances between what is claimed, and credits received.
  • Record keeping for monthly claims submissions and payments received.
  • Displays a courteous and helpful attitude in order to provide a positive experience for our customers.
  • Promptly follows up with customer after complaint to ensure they are satisfied with the action that was taken.
  • Listens to customers in an empathetic manner, ensuring an understanding of questions, concerns and requests and their feeling associated with them.
  • Assist all customer support departments' resolution of customer problems and satisfaction of needs.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Data entry experience. Type 40wpm.
  • Strong computer skills (internet, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Ability to learn and utilize various software programs
  • Enthusiasm for assisting others with an attitude of service
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • High level of detail-oriented and organizational skills
  • Able to work with others as well as independently
  • Prioritization and time management skills
